引っこしてから 14日以内に、区役所で 新しい住所を 登録します。これをすると「住民票（じゅうみんひょう）」ができます。銀行や携帯電話の契約に 必要です。

だれに必要？
在留カードを持っている人（3か月より長く 日本にいる人）は、みんな必要です。旅行者や、3か月以内で帰る人は、必要ありません。
やること
- 自分の区の区役所を さがす 新しい住所がある区の 区役所に行きます。このページの上で 区をえらぶと、場所が出ます。
- 「転入届（てんにゅうとどけ）」を 出す 窓口で 紙に書いて出します。引っこしから 14日以内です。わからないときは、係の人に聞けば 手伝ってくれます。
- 在留カードを 同じ窓口で 見せる カードのうらに 新しい住所を 書いてもらえます。入管（にゅうかん）に行く必要は ありません。
- 必要なら「住民票の写し」を もらう 銀行や携帯電話の会社が「住民票」を くださいと言うことがあります。同じ日に もらえます（少しお金がかかります）。
