居民登记 転入届・住民票
在迁入后14天以内，前往您所在的区役所登记新地址。此手续会为您建立住民票（居民登记记录），此后几乎所有其他手续都依赖于它。

适用对象
居留超过3个月的中长期居民（持有在留カード，在留卡者）及特别永住者。观光旅客及居留3个月以下者不需要办理此项手续。
办理步骤
- 找到您新地址所在的区役所 您必须前往您所居住的那个区的区役所办理。请在本页顶部选择您所在的区。
- 提交転入届（迁入申报，tennyū-todoke） 在迁入后14天以内，在居民登记窗口填写表格。如有需要，工作人员会协助您填写。
- 在同一窗口出示您的在留卡 您的新地址会被写在在留卡的背面。如果您的在留卡将于日后签发（护照上会有相关注明），请改为出示护照。
- 如有需要，可申请住民票副本 银行和电话公司经常要求提供这份居住证明。登记本身免费，副本按各区规定收取少量费用。您可以在同一次办理中一并申请。

- 证明家庭关系的文件，并附日语翻译件 仅在您与家人一同迁入时需要
- 国民健康保险证 仅在您已加入保险时需要——包括新宿区在内的部分区会要求出示

请前往您新地址所在的区役所办理。在留卡地址变更会在同一窗口、同一次办理中一并完成。
