国民健康保险 国民健康保険
如果您的雇主没有为您投保，请在区役所加入国民健康保険（国民健康保险，简称 Kokuho）。持保险证在医院就诊，您只需支付30%的费用，而不是全额。
国民年金 国民年金
所有居住在日本、年龄在20~59岁之间的人都必须加入，不分国籍。公司员工会自动加入，其他所有人需在区役所自行办理加入手续。低收入者可申请减免。
居民登记 転入届・住民票
在迁入后14天以内，前往您所在的区役所登记新地址。此手续会为您建立住民票（居民登记记录），此后几乎所有其他手续都依赖于它。
在留卡地址变更 在留カード住所変更
您的在留カード（在留卡）上必须显示当前住址——但这不需要额外跑一趟：在您办理地址登记时，区役所会一并处理。
